14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Picbolt subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date
- The request must be submitted through our official support channels
- You must provide the email address associated with your Picbolt account
- For annual subscriptions, the refund applies only to the first payment, not renewal payments
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@picbolt.co with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your Picbolt account email address and the date of purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve our services)
Our support team will process your refund request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day period has expired
- Subscription renewal payments (only the initial purchase is eligible)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Enterprise-level custom plans (these are governed by separate agreements)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
