At Picbolt, we offer a free plan so you can try our tools before upgrading to a paid subscription. Refunds for paid subscriptions are only provided in cases where our tools are not accessible or not functioning properly.

Since Picbolt offers a comprehensive free plan that allows you to test our tools and features, paid subscription refunds are limited to situations where our services are not accessible or not functioning as intended. We encourage all users to try our free plan first to ensure our tools meet your needs.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Our tools or services are completely inaccessible for an extended period due to technical issues on our end
- Core functionality is not working as advertised and cannot be resolved by our support team
- You are unable to access your paid subscription features due to technical problems that persist after troubleshooting
- Payment processing errors that result in duplicate charges
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:
- Contact us through our Facebook page with a message titled “Technical Issue Refund Request”
- Include your Picbolt account email address and detailed description of the technical issues you're experiencing
- Provide screenshots or error messages if applicable
- Allow our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund
Our support team will first work to resolve any technical issues. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will process your refund request within 3-5 business days.
What's Not Eligible for Refunds
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features (please use our free plan to test first)
- User error or inability to use the tools properly (we offer support to help with this)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Subscription cancellations without technical issues (you can cancel anytime to stop future billing)
- Enterprise-level custom plans (these are governed by separate agreements)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
