    If you're not satisfied with your Picbolt subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions.

    Eligibility for Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund:

    • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date
    • The request must be submitted through our official support channels
    • You must provide the email address associated with your Picbolt account
    • For annual subscriptions, the refund applies only to the first payment, not renewal payments

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:

    1. Send an email to support@picbolt.co with the subject line “Refund Request”
    2. Include your Picbolt account email address and the date of purchase
    3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve our services)

    Our support team will process your refund request within 3-5 business days.

    Refund Exceptions

    The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

    • Refund requests made after the 14-day period has expired
    • Subscription renewal payments (only the initial purchase is eligible)
    • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
    • Enterprise-level custom plans (these are governed by separate agreements)

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
